Emily Newland is a bicoastal actress currently studying at UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, and Television.
Growing up as a military child, Emily traveled the world. She’s lived in Italy, Germany, Washington, Georgia, Hawai’i, New York, and more! Traveling and experiencing many different cultures has been fundamental in her life, and she credits her empathy and open-mindedness to those unique experiences.
As an advocate for social justice, kindness, and equality, Emily works to provide comfort and support for those in need while also educating her community. A few other hobbies Emily loves to partake in are playing soccer, watching tv shows, playing with her dog (Khaleesi), writing, Delta Kappa Alpha activities, and editing videos.
Her most recent bookings are a series regular role in 'Youth Group', a television show produced with the 5-time Emmy Award-winning production company Oak Film Co., 3 SAG TikTok commercials, and a principal VO character with Vincent Edwards’ newest POC TV show.
